Your financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only the systems that need to, like categorization and reporting, can access it under strict controls. We are never able to browse or read your transactions.

JABA will be available on iOS 26+, iPadOS 26+, and macOS 26+ at launch.
A web version is planned, but it will not be part of the initial launch. The web version will require an account and will not include the local-only option. An Android version is also being planned, though it is a lower priority than the web and Apple platforms at the moment.

JABA can be used entirely on-device without an account. The local-only mode does not require signing up, and your data never leaves your device. Note that local-only mode cannot connect to bank accounts via Plaid, cannot be shared with another user, and cannot sync across devices.
JABA uses end-to-end encryption and never sells your data. Analytics only track actions you take inside the app — the amounts, balances, and details of your transactions or bank account are never stored for analytics purposes.
JABA uses Plaid to automatically import transactions from your bank accounts. This feature requires an account and is not available in local-only mode.
